Please note a few regulations on campaign contributions for Councillor Candidates below:

Contribution can only be made by individuals – not corporations, trade unions, partnerships, or non-profit organizations.

Anonymous contributions cannot be used for the campaign and cannot be returned to the contributor. Please be sure to include your name, address, and contact information.

An induvial can contribute a maximum of $1,200 per Councillor candidate per election.

The total amount an individual can contribute per election overall cannot exceed $5,900.
-
A candidate cannot spend more than $30,000 in an election.
